Quotes, Proposals, and Pricing<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"1551\" data-end=\"1816\">Quotes are based on the details you provide and are subject to change depending on final headcount, menu selections, staffing needs, rentals, or ingredient costs.<br data-start=\"1713\" data-end=\"1716\" \/>Ingredient availability may vary; we reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions with notice.<\/p><p data-start=\"1818\" data-end=\"1902\">All quotes are valid for a limited time, typically 30 days, unless otherwise stated.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1904\" data-end=\"1907\" \/><h3 data-start=\"1909\" data-end=\"1956\"><strong data-start=\"1913\" data-end=\"1956\">4. Booking, Payments, and Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"175\" data-end=\"409\">To confirm your event, Ahav\u00e1 Catering requires a signed agreement and an initial payment amount to be determined based on the event size and scope. This payment secures your event date and allows us to begin planning and preparations.<\/p><p data-start=\"411\" data-end=\"483\">Unless otherwise specified in writing, the general payment structure is:<\/p><ul data-start=\"484\" data-end=\"677\"><li data-start=\"484\" data-end=\"584\"><p data-start=\"486\" data-end=\"584\">An initial payment due at booking to hold the date (amount determined at the time of agreement).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"585\" data-end=\"677\"><p data-start=\"587\" data-end=\"677\">A partial payment due prior to the event, with the remaining balance due before service.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"679\" data-end=\"741\">Failure to make payments as agreed may result in cancellation.<\/p><h4 data-start=\"743\" data-end=\"771\">Cancellations by Client<\/h4><p data-start=\"772\" data-end=\"1098\">We understand that plans sometimes change. Cancellations will be handled with understanding and fairness, taking into account any costs already incurred (such as food orders, staff scheduling, or event preparation).<br data-start=\"987\" data-end=\"990\" \/>When possible, we\u2019ll offer partial refunds or credit toward a future event if notice is provided in advance.<\/p><h4 data-start=\"1100\" data-end=\"1117\">Rescheduling<\/h4><p data-start=\"1118\" data-end=\"1460\">If you need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. We\u2019ll make every reasonable effort to move your booking to a new date within six months, subject to availability.<br data-start=\"1298\" data-end=\"1301\" \/>Payments made will be applied to the new date; however, additional costs may apply if perishable items or event-specific materials have already been purchased.<\/p><h4 data-start=\"1462\" data-end=\"1498\">Cancellations by Ahav\u00e1 Catering<\/h4><p data-start=\"1499\" data-end=\"1865\">If we must cancel for reasons within our control, all payments made will be refunded in full.<br data-start=\"1592\" data-end=\"1595\" \/>If cancellation is due to circumstances beyond our control (such as weather, emergencies, or other force majeure events), we will work in good faith to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, we will refund payments minus any non-recoverable costs already incurred.<\/p><hr data-start=\"3259\" data-end=\"3262\" \/><h3 data-start=\"3264\" data-end=\"3308\"><strong data-start=\"3268\" data-end=\"3308\">5. Final Headcount and Event Changes<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"3310\" data-end=\"3519\">Your <strong data-start=\"3315\" data-end=\"3334\">final headcount<\/strong> is due 10 days before the event.<br data-start=\"3367\" data-end=\"3370\" \/>Increases after that date may be accommodated if possible and billed accordingly.<br data-start=\"3451\" data-end=\"3454\" \/>Reductions after the final headcount date are <strong data-start=\"3500\" data-end=\"3518\">not refundable<\/strong>.<\/p><hr data-start=\"3521\" data-end=\"3524\" \/><h3 data-start=\"3526\" data-end=\"3560\"><strong data-start=\"3530\" data-end=\"3560\">6. Client Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"3562\" data-end=\"3575\">You agree to:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3576\" data-end=\"3930\"><li data-start=\"3576\" data-end=\"3664\"><p data-start=\"3578\" data-end=\"3664\">Provide accurate event details, including venue access, setup times, and site rules.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3665\" data-end=\"3762\"><p data-start=\"3667\" data-end=\"3762\">Ensure safe and sanitary working conditions (adequate lighting, shelter, power, water, etc.).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3763\" data-end=\"3831\"><p data-start=\"3765\" data-end=\"3831\">Obtain any required permits, approvals, or venue authorizations.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3832\" data-end=\"3930\"><p data-start=\"3834\" data-end=\"3930\">Be responsible for guests\u2019 conduct and for any venue-related fees or damages not caused by us.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"3932\" data-end=\"3935\" \/><h3 data-start=\"718\" data-end=\"754\"><strong data-start=\"718\" data-end=\"754\">7. Venue and Third-Party Vendors<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"756\" data-end=\"1462\">Ahava Catering, LLC is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or performance of any third-party vendors, contractors, or service providers\u2014including but not limited to bartenders, rental companies, entertainment, florists, photographers, or venues\u2014whether they are engaged directly by you or referred by us as a courtesy.<br data-start=\"1074\" data-end=\"1077\" \/>We do not supervise or control third-party personnel and assume no liability for their actions, negligence, or compliance with laws, including alcohol service, food handling, or venue policies.<br data-start=\"1270\" data-end=\"1273\" \/>You agree to hold Ahava Catering, LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to third-party or venue activities, restrictions, or conditions beyond our control.<\/p><hr data-start=\"3932\" data-end=\"3935\" \/><h3 data-start=\"3937\" data-end=\"3983\"><strong data-start=\"3941\" data-end=\"3983\">8. Food Safety and Allergen Disclosure<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"3985\" data-end=\"4271\">We take dietary preferences and food sensitivities seriously.<br data-start=\"4046\" data-end=\"4049\" \/>However, <strong data-start=\"4058\" data-end=\"4110\">we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment<\/strong>. Photos, Testimonials, and Marketing Use<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"1297\" data-end=\"1601\">By booking services, you grant Ahav\u00e1 Catering, LLC permission to take photos of food, d\u00e9cor, and the event atmosphere, which may include guests dining or participating in the event. These images may be used for marketing, website, social media, and portfolio purposes in a tasteful and respectful manner.<\/p><p data-start=\"1603\" data-end=\"1863\">We do not require individual permission from every guest for event-atmosphere photography. If you, your family, or specific guests prefer not to appear in photos, please notify us before the event and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request.<\/p><p data-start=\"1865\" data-end=\"1978\">You may request removal of any specific image or testimonial at any time by contacting <a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1952\" data-end=\"1977\">sonia@ahavacateringco.com<\/a>.<\/p><hr data-start=\"5430\" data-end=\"5433\" \/><h3 data-start=\"5435\" data-end=\"5459\"><strong data-start=\"5439\" data-end=\"5459\">10.
